Quick update: Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with winds increasing from the south out ahead of next storm. Snow will start Monday night and continue on and off through Christmas day. Overall, it doesn’t look that impressive, but there’s still a lot of uncertainty. See output from the NAEFS for the Cottonwood Canyons:
It suggests that storm totals could range from 5-30 inches. Having said that, I think totals in the northern and central Wasatch will range from 6-12 inches. Southern resorts may pick up a bit more. Places like Brian Head may come in with up to 18 inches. Things look relatively quiet for at least the next several days after this system.
